Tasks:

  • Job Description: The COO Will Support In The Administration And Coordination Of The Activities Of The Loan Production Operations And Fundraising Functional Areas, In Support Of The Policies, Goals, Plans And Objectives Established By The CEO.
  • Basic Responsibilities: The COO Is Responsible For Providing Strategic And Tactical Leadership For ACCION Texas And Directing The Appropriate Workflow And Operational Performance Of The Company. He/she Coordinates And Assists In All Functional Areas, Projects And Programs To Meet Loan Production, Revenue And Profit Goals. The COO Instills A Consistent And Strategic Planning Approach To Operation Efficiencies And Improvements That Result In Meeting Company Goals And Objectives. He/she Is The Lead Change Agent For Proactively Assessing Operations And Initiating Procedures And Systems For The Benefit Of The Company Today And In The Future.
  • Duties And Specific Responsibilities Will Include (but Not Be Limited To) The Following:
  • Provide General Direction And Managerial Guidance And Support To Designated Staff.
  • Develop And Execute Strategic And Tactical Operational Plans For Company.
  • Oversee Internal Workflows And Organizational Development.
  • Direct The Preparation And Implementation Of Short-term And Long-range Plans, Budgets And Financial Information Based On Broad Organizational Goals And Growth Objectives.
  • Evaluate The Results Of The Organization’s Operations Regularly And Assess Their Direction In Meeting Organizational Goals And Objectives And Report The Results To The CEO.
  • Provide Direction For Organization In Advancing Methodologies To Manage, Control And Improve Quality, Productivity And Efficiency Of Operational Systems.
  • Support CFO In The Management Of Financial Planning And Controls And The Enhancement And Growth Of Revenue And Profit As Well As Cost Containment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Preferably In Business Management With A Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In A Key Management Role
  • Master's Degree In Business Administration With A Minimum 10years Experience In Key Management Role.

Tasks:

  • The CAO Will Support The Execution And Achievement Of Policies, Goals, Plans And Objectives Established By The CEO. Responsible For All The “back Room” Operations To Include Administration, Underwriting, Asset Recovery And IT.
  • The CAO Is Responsible For Providing Administrative Leadership For The Organization. He/She Will Coordinate The Management Of All Functional Areas Of Responsibility To Meet Production, Revenue And Profit Goals

  • Supervise All Staff In The Region
  • Support Training Program Designed For Staff Members
